API Rate Limiting
Magma believes in open access to data but also believes in respecting others online. Therefore while we currently do not rate limit requests, we ask that you be kind to us and our servers by attempting to cache and throttle your requests.
We do monitor API traffic and exercise the right to throttle or disable access to companies and/or individuals either by IP address, user-agent, or API tokens that are making what we deem excessive and/or expensive requests.
If you have a great idea or need for the API and feel like your requests may cause problems, or you have been throttled or blocked by us, please contact us to help us resolve the issue.
